Lorna has an extensive background in training, workforce development and adult education. In her current position as Senior Manager for the division of Workforce and Community Development at St. Louis Community College, she is responsible for planning and developing instructional and training services for industries and agencies, seeking resources to support them and creating bridges from workforce training to campus-based programs.

Lorna is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland and holds a Masters degree in Adult Education from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.
