Brief Abstract:

Full description of presentation (250 words or less) to give the review team enough information to judge the appropriateness and value to conference attendees.

You will be notified by June 30, 2008 concerning the status of your proposal. Upon acceptance you will be asked to prepare and submit a brief biography of each presenter for your forum (including a high-res photo for the program book). You will also be asked to prepare and submit any handouts and graphical information at least 45 days before the conference to allow for publication of the conference CD.

Presenters are expected to register for the conference and will be considered Early Bird Registrants. Early Bird Registrants receive a $50 discount off of regular conference registration.
