Scott serves as the director of the Pacific Center for Advanced Technology Training (PCATT) at the Honolulu Community College of the University of Hawaii. He has held a variety of higher education administration positions in the public, private and private non-profit sectors. He has served as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Hawaii Business College and Provost for the Hawai`i Technology Institute. Scott has and continues to volunteer his time to serve a number of community organizations in Hawaii including the Blood Bank of Hawaii, YWCA of Honolulu's Dress for Success program and the Hawaiin Human Society. He currently serves as the Treasurer and mmeber of the Executive Board on the Board of Directors for the Volunteer Resource Center of Hawaii. Scott holds a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology, an M.B.A. in Finance and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa.
