The following will be provided for your exhibit.

  • 1 - 8' table, will be covered with cloth - black
  • 2 – Chairs           
  • Each booth is approximately 6' wide by 6' deep

  • Free Wi-Fi Internet Access
  • 110v electrical outlet NOTE:  220v electrical is NOT available in this space
  • Power strips available – please notify us if you need a power strip
Exhibitors may set-up their exhibits from noon to 6 P.M. on Wednesday, June 12, 2013.

SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE HOLIDAY INN

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12


Ivy Tech will provide transportation from the Indianapolis Airport to the Holiday Inn in Terre Haute at NO CHARGE to NCATC 2013 Summer Workshop Attendees.  The shuttle will make pick-ups at 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.  When you register for the Summer Workshop, you can select which time will best fit your needs.


AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE ON FRIDAY, JUNE 14

After the tours, Ivy Tech will provide transportation from Terre Haute, leaving at 1:45 p.m. and will arrive at the Indinanapolis Airport by 3:00 PM.  Please check below as to whether or not you will be using this service.
