NCATC 2014 Fall Conference

Exhibitor Registration Fee is for TWO (2) attendees

Exhibitor Set-up times:

              Tuesday, October 7, 2014, 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm

              Wednesday, October 8, 2014, 7:00 am to 9:00 am

              Exhibits open at 9:00 am on Wednesday

Exhibitor Tear-down times: 

             Thursday, October 9, 2014, after dinner

The following will be provided for your exhibit:

  • Up to two 6' x 30" tables, with tablecloths and skirting
  • 2 – Chairs           
  • Each booth is approximately 8' wide by 2' deep
  • Free Wi-Fi Internet Access
  • 110v electrical outlet NOTE:  220v electrical available depending on plug confirmation
  • Additional 6' x 18" tables if needed
  • Extension cords / power strips will be required; you may bring your own or may rent them from the hotel for $25.
